Głównym zastosowaniem jest wysterowanie wtryskiwaczy systemu
Common Rail pracujących na stanowisku probierczym z możliwością płynnej regulacji częstotliwości i czasu trwania impulsu wtrysku.
Dzięki temu urządzeniu możemy wysterować elektronicznie wtryskiwacze wszystkich producentów: Bosch, Delphi, Denso, Siemens
Urządzenie pozwala na płynną regulację częstotliwości impulsów w zakresie od 0,5 do 10 Hz oraz płynną regulację czasu wtrysku od 01 do 3 ms .Tester umożliwia optyczną ocenę wtryskiwaczy w całym zakresie ich pracy Urządzenie to powinno współpracować ze stołem probierczym lub próbnikiem wtryskiwaczy dużej wydajności (np. DSC01). Ciśnienie hydrauliczne zasilania powinno być w zakresie 150-1000 bar.Tester jest urządzeniem całkowicie bezpiecznym ponieważ jest zasilany z własnego akumulatora identycznie jak w samochodzie. Natomiast podczas prób na hamowni należy zachować przepisy bhp takie jak przewiduje producent w/w hamowni lub stołu probierczego.
